On Our Menu: July 30 - August 4

This past weekend I made a really yummy Peach French Toast Bake. You mix the dish up the night before then just pop it in the oven in the morning. It was the perfect dish to serve before church on Sunday. And with peaches in season, now is the best time to give this dish a try!


Today is Christian's birthday. He wanted burgers for dinner. REAL burgers. None of the mushroom/tofu/tempeh hidden-ingredient-trick burgers that I tend to make. Just red meat. So, that's what the man is getting. It's the least that I can do...
